NEW YEAR’S EVE AT CENTRAL 中環
From long lunches, to late-night countdowns - welcome the New Year underground, as Central 中環 celebrates with day-to-night festivities.
Reserve a 1-2pm seating, and stay for the Disco Ball Drop at 3pm for a festive spark as the day turns to dusk. As night falls, dinner guests will enjoy our 10-dish NYE Banquet. Add a little bit more sparkle to your evening, with an optional 2-hour beverage package of free flowing cocktails, beers, and premium wines.
As the energy builds, our Disco Ball will have a second-drop of the night, and the final of the year, to transition the space into it’s after-dark rhythm. The celebration continues with Midnight Tango - a DJ and trumpet duo bringing live energy and atmosphere, to move us to the final moments of 2025.
